My Fat loss Diary – Meals and Dietary Supplements

So I’m on a purpose to lose weight fast and safe; I’ve been doing exercises for the past week now, taking natural supplements, and adding foods that help you lose weight to my menu. There’s this exercise program that’s going around the internet called the 300 Fitness challenges; which was rumored to be the fitness program of the cast of the movie 300. I stumbled upon this brutal plan and this is probably a good way to go for weight loss for men. These weight loss exercises are supposed to build muscle mass and get you ripped like Leonidas. Honestly, this program is certainly designed for the athletic male; I’m not that athletic enough to execute the exercises so I’ll stay with walking for weight loss for now.

My Massive Weight-loss No-No

I’m all for taking in weight-loss products and supplements yet there’s one weight-loss method that I’ll certainly not do: consuming laxatives to lose weight. I need my 6-pack washboard abs

I thought that getting 6-pack abs is definitely a motivation for me to lose weight; I’m not stating I’m fat but I do want the body of George St. Pierre from the UFC who’s got 0% body fat. I still need to find out how to lose weight in 2 weeks for my brother’s wedding ceremony in Maine. Somebody recommended that I do acupuncture for weight loss but I am afraid of tiny needles. My talk with my calorie counting cousin

My cousin advised me to count calories in order to let me shed pounds: so I asked him “how many calories do I need to lose weight?” and he said that I have to burn twice the calories that I consume to induce safe weight loss. He also told me to look at b12 shots for weight loss so I will have the extra boost and elevated metabolic process. I was a bit hesitant on calorie counting because I’ve read somewhere it doesn’t really work and it’s not really necessary. Weight loss can be confusing at times.
